Dirt King Fabrication Service Shop

Not only do we manufacture our products in house, but we also perform product installs and custom fabrication. We install everything from upper control arms to long travel kits and our Ultra 4-Link suspension systems. Even though our focus is on suspension we will also install fiberglass fenders, wheels, tires, and can fabricate custom bumpers. We have all the best equipment and experienced techs to get the job done right. Each vehicle gets an in-depth initial inspection before entering the shop, throughout the build all critical bolts are torqued and paint marked, QC inspection upon completion, and then it must pass a road test before being released to the customer. This process combined with our customer service and experience is what sets up apart from the rest!

Service Department Manager: Nick Gardner

Nick Gardner is born and raised in San Diego CA and is our service department manager. Nick brings over 15 years of experience in the offroad industry, he handles the quoting, scheduling, and project management for Dirt King Fabrication. Nick is hands on and well versed in installation procedures, so he is also a great source for technical and installation questions. Nick has had numerous off road vehicles which include his previous Dirt King Fabrication build, a 2007 Tacoma prerunner featuring our front and rear long travel kits, Fox Spec Shocks front and rear, Fiberwerx fenders, custom bumpers, and 37s. Nick's current build is a 2006 Silverado featuring our long travel race kit, engine cage, and Ultra 4-Link Kit. He is passionate about Dirt King Fabrication and the products we produce. Nick can help you with the build of your dreams, whether it be a simple lift, wheels, and tires or a complete luxury prerunner.

Suspension Install

Whether it’s upper control arms and shocks, a bolt on long travel kit, or a long travel race kit requiring fabrication, Dirt King Fabrication will deliver the highest quality work while maintaining competitive pricing. With onsite engineers, highly trained service techs, and an in-depth QC process throughout the entire build process Dirt King ensures the vehicle will be safe and to spec.

Custom Fabrication

When it comes to custom fabrication on a vehicle it's wise to go to an experienced shop so the job is done right the first time. It's all too common that we are fixing other shops work and the customer is left paying for the job twice. The onsite resources and experienced fabricators we have is unmatched. Some of the custom fabrication services we offer include cab mount chops, custom front bumpers, custom rear bumpers, and custom bed cages.

Fiberglass Install

When working with fiberglass there are many obstacles that can come up when it comes to fitment or clearance. Dirt King Fabrication will take care of the cutting and modifying to ensure a close to oem fit on your prerunner. We recommended to go with Fiberwerx as we have seen they have the best quality when it comes to choosing fiberglass. We also have really good resources if you would like to get the glass painted to match your vehicle.

Accessories & Lighting

We offer install services for Baja Designs and KC Hilites lighting. To install the light, we have the capability of fabricating custom brackets or cut holes for recessed lighting. Although we don't do wiring, we have developed good relationships with subcontractors to get the job done from start to finish. We stock a large selection of Baja Designs, Rugged Radios, Switch Pros, and Optima batteries as well!

Ultra 4-Link Package

Our Ultra 4-Link suspension system will give you the maximum performance out of your rear suspension without cutting off the entire back frame rails. The Ultra 4-Link kit is a great paring with our front long travel race kit. This suspension was developed retain the factory gas tank so it remains California smog legal. Additional benefits include a paneled in bed while still keeping bed space and fast installation time. A comparable suspension achieving 20" or more of wheel travel could take in excess of a year to complete while we can install our Ultra 4-Link suspension system in less than a month. Due to the complexity of the install, we only offer this suspension system if installed at our facility or a vetted shop. The Ultra 4-Link kit includes machined upper links, machined lower links, machined sway bar arms, vehicle specific sway bar, bed cage with fixturing, bed paneling, link pockets, and axle tabbing with fixturing.
